This model is a modern re-interpretation of the 1959 Laurel Alpinist, the watch originally designed for the Japanese 'Yama-otoko' (mountain men). The timepiece measures a versatile 39.5mm in case diameter and is built with a durable stainless steel case with a super-hard coating for increased scratch resistance. The stunning Teal Dial features 'cathedral style' hands, classic Arabic numerals, and wedge-shaped indices. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal with a magnifier over the date window.
