The Seiko SRRA002 is a sophisticated 2024 addition to the Seiko 5 Sports SKX series, specifically released as a Japan-exclusive (JDM) model. Famously nicknamed the "Mini SKX Two-Tone" or "Golden Panda SKX" due to its elegant color palette, this timepiece scales the legendary, rugged diver aesthetic down to a perfectly proportioned 28.0mm Stainless Steel Case. It features a luxurious mix of brushed silver and yellow gold-plated accents, offering a dressy, "jewelry-like" evolution of the classic tool watch DNA.The centerpiece of the SRRA002 is its crisp White/Beige Dial, which is elevated by yellow gold-toned indices and hands. To maintain its sporty roots, the hands and markers are filled with LumiBrite for exceptional low-light visibility. As a dedicated JDM release, it includes the iconic bilingual Kanji/English day-date display at the 3 o'clock position. The watch is protected by a Hardlex Crystal and features a unidirectional rotating bezel with gold-plated edges. It is powered by the in-house Seiko Caliber 2R06 Automatic Movement, a 21-jewel engine that supports manual winding and hacking seconds, all visible through a see-through screw-down case back.
